This End User License Agreement is between you and Ace Squad.
By downloading or using the Ace Squad app, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Ace Squad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal educational purposes.
2. Ownership
- The app and its content are owned by Ace Squad
- No ownership rights are transferred to users
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Ace Squad to:
- Participate in peer tutoring
- Communicate with fellow students for academic help
You may not:
- Misuse the app
- Harass or exploit other users
- Use the app for non-educational or illegal purposes
4. User Content
- Users are responsible for the content they share
- Ace Squad does not verify academic accuracy of tutoring
5. Updates & Modifications
Ace Squad may update or modify the app at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
6. Disclaimer
Ace Squad provides a peer-support platform only.
We do not guarantee grades, academic success, or outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ace Squad is not liable for:
- Academic results
- User disputes
- Indirect or incidental damages
8. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in termination of access.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates .
